what is apple's email address so i can email them

what is apples email address so i can email them? I'm ******. my apps would not load onto my phone i couldn't download any apps, even though i had them in the cloud. So support told me to go and reset my settings and let it reboot well now it is frozen stuck on the loading page and hasn't done anything for over an hour. no idea what to do i need to contact apple now, i have no cell phone to call since they broke mine. so what is the email address

Try resetting your device again: Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the reset is complete the Slide to Unlock screen will display.
