Q: Can I buy my own purchases (but still share them with my family) if I am not the family planner?

I am on a family sharing setup with another member of my family; but she is the family planner. I am older than 18 and I would like to make my own purchases but still share them with her. Is this possible or is she the only one who is allowed to input their payment info and be charged?

Hey shadowkorin,

If you break away from Family Sharing, you will not be able to share purchased content anymore. If you want to have a separate payment, then the best thing would be to purchase an iTunes Gift Card for your account and that will be billed first from your account before going to the organizers credit card.
