I believe that Dubai may be one of the countries where FaceTime is banned. If so, that phone will never be able to do Facetime.

There is no such thing as an international warranty on an iPhone. The phone will need to be retured to Dubai for any warranty services.

All in all, buying a phone in one country for use in another is generally a bad idea.

You'll need to do an internet search to find out which countries restrict FaceTime. You're safer not buying one from the Middle East.

Many countries in the Middle East ban FaceTime - it is not installed

on the iPhone and cannot be added later if the iPhone is removed

from the restricted countries.

the Middle East - iPhones intended for one market being sold in another
