hello my name is midnight_slacker i cant seem to send out photos to a friend an some videos messeges with my iphone 4 i need your help my iphone is ios 8.1.2

Do you both use the same or different wireless providers?
What provider(s) in what country/countries?
What happens when you try to send a video message to your friend?
Can your friend send video messages to you?
Is your wireless account properly provisioned to allow MMS (some wireless
providers charge extra for such service)?
What error message do you receive when you try to send the video message?
