spaces without any content ?

I use some applications like Painter or Blender, wich I don't want to run in full screen mode.

It would be great to create Spaces without any content.

Any idea how to realize it?

Sorry Eric but you are wrong in this case.

if your Main screen contents 10 Icons for example your new Space createt with missioncontrol contents the same 10 icons

In Mission Control, a "Desktop" is not a separate Desktop folder. It is just a Space. The same icons you see on your Desktop will show on all Mission Control "Desktops." A MC Desktop is just a space to put Applications and their windows, not to have a separate set of icons.

spaces without any content ?
