You have a 2011 Mac Mini.
You can purchase one min displayport to VGA adopter and plug the min display port end into the Thunderbolt port.
The you need a converter to convert the digital HDMI output to analogue VGA. Here are two:
As far as I can tell, those monitors have DVI inputs so you can keep it digital with a Display Port to DVI adapter rather than going to the analogue VGA.
Either way you will need a splitter to get the single output to 2 monitors.
The 2011 Mac Mini has two video outputs, the HDMI which can supply DVI-D via the HDMI>DVI adopter that came with the Mini and the Thunderbolt port.
No splitter is required for two monitors
