I ordered a non-Apple charger and asked the seller if there was any risks and he told me no because the debit is the good one (not sure what it is, maybe he was talking about the volts?) and it is certified CE. So is it okay?

My warranty has already expired. Could me send me the link of where you read that? And my question was if there was any risks to use a non-Apple charger that has the right number of volts and that has the CE norm or something.
Not sure if you would consider it a risk, but there have been deaths associated with the use of non-Apple chargers and devices. That is what has lead Apple to make the statement, and also to work at making it difficult for non-Apple chargers, or non-certified cables from working on Apple devices.
Apple's warranty specifically states that using non-Apple components without Apple's written permission voids your warranty and any future support. I would advise against it.
