I have a gray box on the screen with gray button "Blocked Plug In". I can't click on or move/remove the box.

I have a gray box on the screen of my Mac book pro. In the center of the box is a button that is labeled "Blocked Plug-In". I'm not sure how it got there, but I can't remove or move the box or click on it. Pleas help me to remove this box.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Force Quit .

Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.

When Force Quit window appears, select Safari if not already.

Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.

Safari will quit.

Relaunch Safari holding the shift key down.
