family sharing verifying a purchase

when my daughter opens an app - it says sending an email to ask permission from Parent(administrator) but the email is not sending or arriving and I don't know what setting I have done wrong?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with Family Sharing. If you are the organizer of the Family Sharing group and are not receiving permission requests, you may want to check the Ask To Buy settings as outlined in the following article:
