i do all this etaps but at the end it give me an bleu page and the iphone turn off

hello i have an iphone 5s 32 gb and i have a problem i have update the ios 8 after that my iphone blocked and i connected it with the itunes and i follow the istructions If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

and after that i see a bleu page and the phone turn off can you help me what i have to do

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.1
