I have done a hard reset...turned of/on router...reset all factory settings..I am sitting next to router..

My two iPhones are connected to the wifi

The iPad just went off line and I cannot get it back

Hi Lisa,

These types of problems are very frustrating. First thing to find out though is whether your iPad can connect to some other Wi-Fi network. Try one at your local library, coffer hope, etc. If the iPad can connect to other Wi-Fi networks you can assume that the problem lies in your home network. But if you find your iPad cannot connect to other Wi-Fi networks then you probably have some type of hardware failure. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.
