As Diavonex mentioned, you can use System Status or any other numerous apps out there that can provide this info. However, read some of the reviews of these apps before making a decision which to buy (if they are not free). Some are not updated regularly and will not provide accurate device info such as what you're seeking. System Status may in fact be up-to-date and provide the correct info but I have no way of knowing since I don't own it. I believe there's a free version of it as well that may do pretty much the same as the paid version, but more limited.

All that being said, if it's a mini 2, it DOES have the A7 chipset (the mini 3 has this same chipset as well).
