Q: apple crashes when i try to view my account on itunes

When I try to subscribe to a podcast or try to view my account itunes crashes.Please Help.

Things Ive triee to do to solve it.

1. reinstalled itunes.(many times)

2. made sure my itunes folder is on c/drive.

3.run itunes as administrator

4.run without admin.

iPod classic, Windows 7
