Do you have any third-party NTFS software (Tuxera, Paragon, NTFS-3g, MacDrive, NTFSFree,...)?

Please uninstall Tuxera completely from your system. It creates issues for Bootcamp startup (as documented in http://www.tuxera.com/products/tuxera-ntfs-for-mac/faq/) and test.

Did you reboot after uninstalling Tuxera? You can also look for messages in the Console log for Tuxera or another process which may be accessing your Windows partition.

Since you chose to delete the existing partition and re-install, if the original Windows installation was made some time ago when your hardware was fully functional, and now it is not, it can make a difference.

Is your built-in Optical drive functional?

What events took place between Windows (not BC) working and not working?

So I ,ake the OS X 10.10.2 (14C99d) update in hope the problem get fixed. But it isn't.

Still after creating BC partition with the assisitent I get a grey screen, optical drive works for a view seconds, then after 10 minutes or so iMac reboots into the grey screen again, and so on.

I can break the loop pressing Option-Key, so I get the drive selection with "iMac" & "10.10.2 Recovery" and no more...

After Reboot my 10.10 I find the BC Partition on my desktop, but if I restart BC-Assistent I have to delete this partition befor I get make a new try...
