I am attempting to backup my 4S to a Tosh laptop that I have not synched to before. I receive a message that it "cannot be synched. An unknown error occurred. (-54)" I tried both I-Cloud backup and local backup. The computer asked me whether I wanted to back up my "new apps" and new purchases on my phone to my I-tunes library. The Synch began I-tumes began to synch, then backup. When I-tunes began to transfer the apps and purchases, I got two error messages saying the same thing....
