Thesmartsearch.net?!?

Safari is using a web browser called thesmartsearch.net. I never set this up let alone heard of it until safari started using it. I have tried to get it back to google but it still uses thesmartsearch. I also tried resetting safari, but it seems that Yosemite no longer has that function. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know what i can do to to try and change it?

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
