Q: Home Sharing Library Icon Missing

Okay, I am trying to access the iTunes files on my Mac mini from my new Toshiba laptop. Both are running latest versions of iTunes. Both are logged into the same iTunes account. Both have home sharing turned on. But the little Library icon never appears on the toolbar. I've checked under the edit icons and Library is checked. Any suggestions?

Mac mini, iPhone 4 32GB, iPad 32GB WiFi, ATV2, Mac OS X (10.6.6)
