hi hi just pruchased a ricoh sg3100 multi printer
loaded printer drivers ok but when go to scan its says no driver installed but prints ok help
How is the device connected (USB, Wi-Fi, Ethernet??) and does it support the version of OS X installed on your computer?

i have downloaded the driver
but i think i need twain drivers
