Why I don't get verify email even after resend

I Have creat a new Apple id I got email for verification only on my back up email the first one I don't get even I resend it does not perk I don't get anything but what ever I change I do get confirmation I can even access to the application it ask me verifie my email but I don't get it please if anyone can help
