I know that it can be concerning when you see a purchase from iTunes that you do not recognize. Please use the information in the attached article for how to proceed.

If you compared your purchase history (and family members' purchase histories) to your statement and still don't recognize the charge or want to request a refund, contact Apple Support.
If you don't have an iTunes Store account (Apple ID) and see charges on your statement, contact Apple Support. You can also request a refund if the charge is shown in your purchase history.
