You must use ethernet to the modem..
You can use either ethernet or wireless to the computer.
Thank you. When our new Network was set up a couple days ago, the tech put the new modem in the basement, not by the computer. I guess we need to get that moved...
Thank you. I did not explain that when our new network was installed, the tech put modem in the basement, far from computer. I'm guessing it will need to be moved back upstairs.
