Q: Stop adults from purchasing using family sharing

I am the main account holder, and therefore it uses my Credit Card. I wish to prevent other Adults in my Family Group From making purchases without my knowledge or authorisation. I believe you can ask children to request authorisation but any adult can just buy without restriction. If this is not possible then Apple needs to seriously fix this and allow adults to purchase with their own cards and restrict minors only.

This is a big problem with family sharing and seems to have been implemented by Apple to maximize profit at the expense of family relationships.

    My workaround:

Everyone who wants to be part of my Apple Family (I am the organizer), has to agree to me adding parental controls to their Apple devices to block the App Store until Apple changes their policy.  Everyone in my Apple family has agreed to this and I have no worries about my card having unexpected charges anymore.  The benefits to my members are: app sharing, Apple music and I pay for extra iCloud space for them.
