Q: Can the Family Share Organizer also be a parent/guardian to approve purchases?

I'm setting up a family share account for me, my husband, and our daughter. I would like to approve our daughter's purchases, but as the organizer, it doesn't give me an option to do so. Is there a way I can do that, or can those roles not be shared?
