Q: Saving files in Finder

Hi.

A general question please :

Im saving lots of scanned files in Finder ( Lots of Folders )

Can someone recommend how to name these files / future files for a quick and useful search ?

(today I'm saving files names 2014-12 , 2014-11 etc ... )

A:

Save them with a name that describes what they are. That would be much more helpful in a search than the date they were scanned.
