hi, I can't seem to send anything from my android Samsung Galaxy fame to my mini iPad via Bluetooth , it just keeps saying no connection but I always have it turned on on both devices, is it just that it is not possible to do this or is there something that I need to do to make this work?

The Bluetooth profiles supported on iOS devices is limited: iOS: Supported Bluetooth profiles - Apple Support
The iPhone Bluetooth profile does not support file transfer.
You may be able to via 3rd party app via wi-fi. Following is one that supports android and iOS: http://www.photosync-app.com
