Long short, I accidentally left my phone in the back of a cab. It's offline, so Lost Mode is on but (I think) pending. My text messages or iMessage are not showing up on my computer and I know they usually work because I use iMessage on my macbook frequently. Because my phone is lost, does this mean my iMessage on my MacBook will also stop working??

Did you ever find out an answer to this question? This happened to me and imessage isnt connecting on my iphone because i think i put the my find iphone app on lost and erase mode. Is this why imessage isnt connecting?
if my iPhone is on Lost Mode can I still use iMessage on my computer?
