Q: Itunes will not Install
When I bought my new laptop at Christmas (Windows 8), I downloaded Itunes 64bit installer.
It was taking a while to download, so I left it downloading while I went out. While I was out, the internet must have cut out, so download failed.
So, I downloaded the software again, which worked. While installing, the installation 'froze', so I had to turn the computer off and restart.
When I went to install Itunes again, it simply would not worked. I have done a complete computer search to try and uninstall Itunes, but it is nowhere to be found - I don't think it ever installed in the first place.
I have tried multiple times to download Itunes, yet it always brigs up the same error message. I have even tried downloading older versions, but the same thing happens. I am at a loss as to what to do!
Here is the message which appears every time:
"The installer encountered errors before iTunes could be configured"
Any help would be much appreciated!
