No.
You need to keep your Game Centre login the same, as that's what holds your game progress (i.e. your village). Your Apple ID (the thing you use for making purchases/downloading apps) doesn't have to be the same as your Game Centre, and neither does your iCloud. Information on changing your Game Centre credentials is posted below. Change these after logging in with your new Apple ID.
