The Num Pad Keyboard is not working
Pushing the clear button do not help.
It has bootcamp with windows 7 installed
I don´t know bootcamp well
I don´t know whether the MAC has a dual boot option.
We tried another keyboarder and it doesn´t work.
do you have a idea in this case?

Are the Bootcamp drivers are installed? The fastest and simplest method is to check if you have Control Panel -> System -> Boot Camp available?
yes it is installed
are you sure that this solves the problem regarding numbers on the right of the keyboard?
