I have Adware - Ads are randomly popping up in safari.

My Problem

I wanna first let you know that I have never or never knew how to jailbroke my ipad mini.

My Windows machine has initially been having malicious software adware problems which i am currently fixing. My ipad battery was deteriorating. Knowing that Ipads are immune to viruses, i connect my ipad to my windows laptop. After charging, I used my ipad to search for random websites, and then this is where it all happened.

Now When i am surfing my safari sometimes redirect me to another tab on my commonly visited websites, which I knew, are 100% free of obtrusive ads.

I also notice that this sometimes appear on my safari url box "data:text/html,<script>window.close();</script>"

I have been also getting alert pop ups like "Congratulations! You have won ...."

These are the current list of known websites that i have been redirected:

adcash.com

cdn.mobicow.com

d.mobpartner.com

And i know there are still others.

Well history was cleared but it still doesn't solve my problem.

Resetting to factory default

Because I have forgotten my 4 digit restrictions passcode, I have logged into my icloud account and used "find my iphone" to erase everything from my ipad. After that, I was able to reset my iphone to factory default. But still, my safari keep getting random pop ups. At this moment, I am now able to "Erase All Content and Settings". So, I give this a go.

Same problem, my safari still opening up random tabs and the contents of it are all ads. I have tried this 3 times already.

Conclusion

I tried the best option "Resetting to factory default" but it failed. My only option is to get this fixed into the istore. However , i don't know if they can fix this. We have no genius bar in our country.
