Where is View tab for Excel for Mac?

I have been a PC-Windows user for about 20 years, and recently bought a Mac Pro with Windows for Mac to be able to use my old files. I would like to change my Toolbar within Excel, the software I use most frequently, but can't find a View tab. Is there a beginners web site for Help with basic questions on how to use Windows applications, particularly Excel, on a Mac Pro?
