Q: Unable to verify your account/Email not being sent to primary or alternate address/ Regain access to your Apple ID account

Tried changing my apple Id to the alternate icloud address. It asked me to verify it through my email address (primary) which I never received.

Requested to resend the validation email address a couple of times but failed to receive the verification. At that point, my icloud account failed to connect and kept on asking me to verify my account.

Any thoughts?
