Q: Trouble downloading gift books on iTunes.

I received email notifications for 2 gift books on iTunes but when I try to "redeem" all that happens is a download of iTunes; not the books.

Hey Judith,

If you are having an issue with redeeming your gift through iTunes, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

If you can't redeem your iTunes Gift Card or code - Apple Support
