Check which Thai TV stations have an internet outlet, the Apple TV can not receive standard transmissions, only internet transmission. If there are none, then there are none.

Doubt it. It is not a TV tuner.
You would need to go to the Apple store for your country and find a link to the AppleTV product (often from iTunes page) which should show content available in that country.
