itunes says "cannot read or write to cd" ...brand new cd's

When I try to burn a playlist to CD, I get the error message "cannot read or write to CD"......I am using NEW CDS.....I had no problem burning to these CD's before the last ITunes update.

Windows PC-OTHER, Windows 7
