Q: iCloud Storage

I thought I needed more storage so up upgraded to the next level from 5. Now I find I really don't need it so went to downsize and was able downsize but when I finished it would not give me the option to click on done. My only option was to click on cancel. How do I get this resolved so I won't continue to be charged as I am within my allowed time to opt out of the upgrade.

Use the Contact Us link in the bottom right corner of these pages and contact Apple.

Been there done that! That is why I came here. I don't have a serial number for iCloud or apple care to ask a question. Did not find any other way to get help.

Try this support document. It mentions handling upgrades and downgrades. Get help using iCloud storage - Apple Support
