Q: deactivate computer no longer available

How do I deactivate old computers that are no longer available to me. I have 5 computers activated on my account, but only two currently available. I want to transfer my files to a new computer.

Use the Deauthorize All command documented in this article, or if it isn't an option, the 'contact iTunes Store support' link at the bottom of it.
