I install the x-rite i1 Display Pro CD in my iMac. Accepted. Run installation and at a point the installation stops with comment: "i1 Profiler can't be installed on this disk." Actually both disks: Mac HD and My Book. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Mangipane, I too had this issue following 'clean install'of Yosemite.
Note that when I initially did an 'upgrade' from Mountain Lion all was fine?
The solution I found was to install the latest version of the software from the x-rite website as the installer on the disk (2013) no longer seems to work.
Download and install the latest software version 1.5.6 from here http://www.xrite.com/i1display-pro/support
