Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
I understand that you no longer wish to subscribe to iTunes Match. Here are the steps that will walk you through the process of disabling auto-renew.
Turn off iTunes Match Auto-Renew
By default, iTunes Match will automatically renew your subscription at the end of your one-year subscription.
Turn off Auto-Renew from a computer:
- Open iTunes. Download the latest version.
- Choose Store > Sign In.
- Enter your Apple ID and password.
- Click Sign In.
- Choose Store > View My Account. You might be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password.
- In the "iTunes in the Cloud" section, click Turn Off Auto-Renew to the right of iTunes Match.
Turn off Auto-Renew from an iOS device using iOS 7.1 or later:
- Choose Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
- If you're not already signed in with your Apple ID:
- Tap the Apple ID field.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap Done on the onscreen keyboard.
- Tap your Apple ID name.
- Choose View Apple ID.
- From the Account Settings page, scroll down to the iTunes in the Cloud section.
- Tap the iTunes Match Renewal toggle so that it slides to the left.
