Q: How to disable iTunes match auto renew for expired subscription

Yesterday my iTunes Match subscription expired and couple times Apple tried to renew it, but my bank rejected payment. And it is good, because I don't want to continue use it. So today I tried to disable auto renew and disconnect my iPad and iPhone from iTunes Match. But it is not possible. There is no button, which disable auto renew in iTunes and no button in settings of iPhone and iPad, only message that it is expired and "renew button". But I want to sync my iPhone and iPad with my local music library, so which steps I have to follow in order to resolve my problem.

Thanks

    Hello, panchenko.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you no longer wish to subscribe to iTunes Match.  Here are the steps that will walk you through the process of disabling auto-renew.

    Turn off iTunes Match Auto-Renew

By default, iTunes Match will automatically renew your subscription at the end of your one-year subscription.

Turn off Auto-Renew from a computer:

    1. Open iTunes. Download the latest version.
    2. Choose Store > Sign In.
    3. Enter your Apple ID and password.
    4. Click Sign In.
    5. Choose Store > View My Account. You might be asked to re-enter your Apple ID password.
    6. In the "iTunes in the Cloud" section, click Turn Off Auto-Renew to the right of iTunes Match.

Turn off Auto-Renew from an iOS device using iOS 7.1 or later:

    1. Choose Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
    2. If you're not already signed in with your Apple ID:
      • Tap the Apple ID field.
      • Enter your username and password.
      • Tap Done on the onscreen keyboard.
    3. Tap your Apple ID name.
    4. Choose View Apple ID.
    5. From the Account Settings page, scroll down to the iTunes in the Cloud section.
    6. Tap the iTunes Match Renewal toggle so that it slides to the left.
