My iPhone has no music and 8 photos on it but the storage total in the Settings>General>Usage>Manage Storage>Photos & Camera shows 2.2GB. The storage bar in iTunes says 2.25GB for 67 photos and 14.3MB for 13 songs. I've restored the phone and loaded a backup but it didn't correct the storage amount. How do I reclaim this storage or delete these phantom files?

Restore it as new then reload/resync any data you want on the phone. You've got a corrupted database and reloading the back up just puts it right back on the phone.

No, I mean restore it as new using iTunes on your computer. Network settings have nothing to do with storage.
