Can't turn off Keychain on iPhone

Oh man! That definitely sounds frustrating. Let’s see if we can troubleshoot this issue. We can begin by forcing the settings application to close followed by a restart:

Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If the issue persists, try signing out of your iCloud account, restart your device, then sign back in:

Turn off iCloud completely

Depending on whether you want to stop using iCloud on all or only some devices, do one or more of the following:

On your iOS device: Go to Settings > iCloud, then at the bottom of the screen, tap Sign Out (Delete Account in iOS 7 and earlier).

Ran into the same issue - even when following the suggested steps above, still can't turn off Keychain.

Even more frustrating, I can't get Keychain approved - it just gets stuck on "Pending" no matter how many times I approve it with the SMS code sent to my phone.
