Q: Unable to import sync photos into computer & Unable to delete photos

Changed from a Samsung S4 to an Iphone 6. The hp shop helped transferred all the photos from my previous phone to the Iphone 6. Now I cant import them back into my computer and because there is no folder in my computer with the photos, I cant sync or delete any of the photos. Its just stuck there now. Please help !

    Because the photos are transferred to your iPhone, not the ones that you taken with your iPhone camera, so all the photos are not in the camera roll. That's why you can't import them to your computer. If you want to transfer them from your iPhone to your computer, you have to find a third-part tool for help. You can search in Google "how to transfer photos from iPhone photo library to computer". As for deleting these photos, you can try the steps below:

    Step 1. Launch iTunes on your computer  and connect your iPhone with your computer via its USB cable;

    Step 2. Click on your iPhone on iTunes and navigate to Photos;

    Step 3. Check 'Sync Photos from' > choose an empty folder to sync;

    Step 4. Click 'Apply' to start the syncing process.
