Problem with USB drivers

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my USB drivers, which it don't work.

It' s impossible to connect to the printer or to read my flash disk.

But, I tried to charge my phone with my computer and it works for one of the two USB drivers… Have you a solution to repair it?
