2013 Mac PRO documentation

Ordered a refurbished 2013 Mac Pro, Quad Core, 3.7 GHz.

Where is online documentation located?

Would like to read up on this while waiting for delivery.

Thanks

Appreciate the links but, I had already found these.

I was hoping to find a good bit more detail than what is here.

Some thing like an Owners Manual or Users Guide... perhaps a whole series of them???

Same thing for Mavericks as well.

I'm moving up from an iMac7,1, Intel Core 2 Duo running Snow Leopard and assuming a lot of things are quite different.

How/where do I get familiar with and learn how to take advantage of this new hardware and software?

I understand no disks come with a refurbished machine but, these are supposedly not needed due to online resources.

Thanks

OK Thanks

I guess I'm showing my age, expecting more detailed documentation!

Some of the OS articles will be helpful.

I don't understand how Mac PRO owners are able to get an understanding of all the technology packed into these machines. Maybe most don't care or don't want to??? Personally I'd like to gain a better understanding of how it works (or how it's supposed to).

Are there training guides, tutorials, published books (Dummies guide to Mavericks OS) or any thing along these lines? I'd gladly buy a guide if it was recognized as being useful/worthwhile. Guess I'll go search on Amazon.

If you're coming from Snow Leopard, read John Siracusa's Yosemite review on Ars Technica. We Mac Pro owners DO want to know about all the technology packed into these machines, but 90% of it pertains to the OS. The new Mac Pro is super-quiet, super-fast and has (6) Thunderbolt ports, (4) USB 3 ports, (1) HDMI, and (2) Ethernet. There are some high-end details about how the Thunderbolt ports are distributed, go to Ars Technica for more about that, too. Enjoy your new machine!
