Would like to replace ALTERNATE APPLE ID in the AppleID Utility

As you can see, the ALTERNATE APPLE ID is separate from ALTERNATE EMAILS. I would like to change the AppleID. As you can see there is no edit option. And adding an email is not the same as an apple id. Can anyone help me?
