ONLY Verizon can authorize unlocking the phone. They will ONLY do so for current Verizon customers in good standing. Since you are not a Verizon customer, you can NOT get the phone unlocked. Buy one you can use.

There are NO other options. ONLY the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it.

You bought a useless phone.
