Q: How do I download my earlier purchase that was saved to the cloud?

My IPad was disabled and had to be restarted after clearning everything on the IPad.  How do I download the Microsoft Word program that I had saved on the ICloud?

    I understand that you need to download some previously purchased applications and saved documents.  You can access you previously downloaded applications by following the steps in the first article below.  Once this is done and if you enabled iCloud drive prior to the restore, go through the steps in the second article below.
