Personal Hotspot issues on iPhone 6 plus

I have the Sprint "unlimited everything family plan". I do not have the option for Personal Hotspot for my service. My iPhone 6 plus has a link to set up a "Personal Hotspot" on my phone "only" when I'm away from Wi-FI or LTE for a short while. 1: I don't want that service. 2: When it appears, it renders my iPhone useless and virtually inoperable, especially won't make or receive calls. 3: I have to keep resetting my phone to make it go away. Sprint Store ***** tried to tell me he fixed it, when in actuality, he just reset my phone settings for the network too and stated, "there, no more problem". I did a complete restore of the iPhone hoping the problem would go away, unfortunately the "Personal Hotspot" link popped up again. I might also state, that it doesn't appear on my phone under "Settings" "Cellular". It just pops up out of the blue when I'm away for Wi-Fi or LTE? I can't just access the link either, as I don't have that service, but when it does pop up to set up a Personal Hotspot, it just keeps searching and searching for a Hotspot that doesn't exist. Then I have to reset again. I'll be taking it to the Sprint store tomorrow for a replacement or go back to an Android phone again.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.2, Sprint "Everything family plan".

That really does sound aggravating. I think the problem is on Sprint's end. I would call Sprint rather than take it to a store. Ask them to check to make sure your account is properly set up. It seems like something is amiss to me. Ask them if they can explicitly block the Personal Hotspot feature. The first people you get on the phone, even if you select "technical support" from the menu options, will most likely be general customer service reps. If they can't resolve your issue, ask to speak to a supervisor or Tier 2 tech support.

Best of luck.
