there's nothing in my photo stream in my PC
i've backup in icloud
and activated autosave to photo stream of iphone

Do you have your pictures backed up in iCloud? In other words can you find them there?

Make sure to log into iCloud on your phone. then go to your iCloud setting and then photos and make sure that it is on
I Press on the photo icon then choose the folder to put the photos in, then click apply, then it keep running with nothing saved in anywhere found. Should it be able to see the photos in iCloud before

And could the photos over 30 days be saved with this method?
No unless you have saved them elsewhere, they only stay in PhotoStream for 30 days: My Photo Stream and iCloud Photo Sharing limits - Apple Support
I Still have gem in my camera roll in iPhonE. Can I do anything then?
Then you can backup them into iTunes or iCloud and in less than 30 days make sure you store them out of the Photo Stream. As easy as plug the iPhone to your laptop (as long as it is a Windows based laptop) and browse the new drive that appears as your iPhone and copy the DCIM folder.
Or use any other app like iPhoto in Mac to import photos from your device and store them into hard disks.
Or you can download the Microsoft Skydrive app - they are offering 15 GB of photo storage and you can upload right from your iDevice
