I cant remove the circle grey contacts in my iMessages

Hi guys, I need your help.

I have two iPhones. One is a 6 and the other is a 6 Plus.

On the 6 plus, I realized that my messages has a grey circular dot with the initials of my contact in there. I tried googling it and finding out how to remove it. But I have no luck. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

That is shown because in your contacts that person does not have a picture. If he or she had, you will see the picture instead. It works like that since iOS 7 if I'm not wrong and you cannot change it. The reason it is not shown like that in the iPhone 6 is the screen size. All iPads with iOS >7 show that, also OS X in the Contacts, Facetime, Mesages, etc. apps
